DIGITAL TICKETING CAMPAIGN OVER MALDA DIVISION FOR EFFORTLESS TRAVEL EXPERIENCEh


In a proactive move by the Eastern Railway Malda Division to enhance railway passenger convenience and streamline the ticketing processes, Digital ticketing campaign is being regularly conducted at various stations over Malda Division to reduce queues and congestion at ticket counters by promoting the use of the UTS on mobile app for purchasing tickets
On Friday the campaign was conducted at several stations, including Malda, Sahibganj and Bhagalpur by involving the S.I.G team and Railway officials to popularise the use of UTS on mobile app.They guided the public on how to buy tickets through the UTS mobile app. Passengers were provided with information and live demonstrations to help them understand the workings of the UTS app, enabling them to purchase daily, return, platform, and season tickets, thus avoiding queues and rush at the booking counters and saving their precious time.

This proactive measure not only enhances passenger convenience but also optimizes their valuable time, enabling a smoother travel experience.

Malda Division will continue its endeavors to serve passengers with such initiatives and endeavors to make their travel experience more enjoyable and hassle-free so the valuable time never be lost.
